Mailing Menu
Mailing menu is one of the main functions in which you can mail multiple people at the same time All tools of this menu depend on each other. If you don't select Existing files, all tools hide. As soon as the Source File is selected, all the tools become active.
  1. Create -

    This option is used to create Envelope and Label.
  2. Start Mail Merge - The message of mail merge begins with the tool of this group. You can create a list of those who want to send mail.

    1. Start mail merge - This option is used to Mail Merge with the help of Mail Merge wizard.
    2. Select Recipients - This option is used to select Contact list or create Contact list to Mail Merge.
    3. Edit Recipient List - This option is used to make changes to the created Contact list.
  3. Write & Insert Fields - Write & Insert Field Group are used after completion of Create and Start Mail Merge work. This option cannot be used before using Start Mail Merge.
    1. Highlight merge field - This option is used to Highlight fields Merge.
    2. Address Block - This option is used to change the format displaying Address.
    3. Greeting Line - This option is used to add Greeting line to the fields Merge.
    4. Insert Merge Field - This option is used to merge Contact list in Document.
  4. Preview Result - This option is used to view the Preview of document when the mail merge is finished.
  5. Finish - This option is used to Send and Print Document after Mail Merge.
